Park Place Gallery

Park Place Gallery derives its name from the street of its origin in Brooklyn, NYC, but it is also a nod to the original SoHo Park Place Gallery of the 1960’s. That creative mecca for then lesser known artists was formative to the careers of many New York greats including Mark di Suvero, Sol LeWitt, Eva Hesse, Brice Marden, Carl Andre, Al Held, Philip Glass, and Joan Jonas. Park Place Gallery recognizes the value of the time which we live and the responsibility of its artists to contribute to defining our culture now with respect to being a part to the greater history of art.

Founded in 2017, this contemporary Park Place Gallery Brooklyn is directed and owned by the artist Michael Holden.  The mission of this Park Place Gallery is to bring forth exhibitions which activate culture to stimulate the known intellect. Therefore, expanding the awareness of contemporary aesthetics and ideas through the highest quality of curation and artist talent.  The artist-run project is designed to empower artists and curators to inspire the culture they exist within.  Park Place Gallery introduces works of emerging artists as well as both nationally and internationally known artists.

Park Place Gallery is a source for valued contemporary works of art at reasonable prices for new collectors to build their collections with quality artworks or established collectors adding to their thoughtful collections.
